I keep this picture of me because I never want to be this guy again.  I fought like hell for 2 years to loose 30 pounds.  6 months with Trisha and I’ve lost 55 pounds. Before that had no energy, my joints were sore.  Mentally I didn’t care about much. Now I’m feeling like I’m ten years younger. I have a tons of energy. I haven’t felt this good in a long time. The compliments from my Family and friends are nice also.  ​
