Responsibility of Decisions and Actions
When it comes to following your nutrition and training, which side do you find yourself on? Action or Reaction?
If you are on the side of Action, you take responsibility for what you want to happen or achieve in terms of your goals; you are in control of what happens. You consistently meal prep, plan, and make decisions before events or travel. You have a strategy in place for off-plan meals. You get up a little earlier if need be, to fit in training on a busy day.
If you are on the Reaction side, you perceive things that happens to you with a negative connotation and haphazardly deal with life flying by the seat of your pants. You may have pizza unplanned because you worked late. You convince yourself you can’t train cause it’s too cold, too hot, you're too tired, or don’t have time.
Who’s in control of your life ? Are YOU taking hold of the wheel and claiming ownership yourself?
No matter what side you are on, you have a choice.
