Stop with the excuses if you have goals.

Buckle down. Do the thing and prove to yourself you are worth it


If every time a highly palatable or more convenient/fun option comes your way and you cave that’s a choice. Read that again. That is your choice you have made. Natural consequences of that choice are stagnation in the fat loss department or weight gain.


Have a roadmap. Have a plan. Don’t wing it and fly by the seat of your pants just scraping by and hoping things fall into place.


Do it right, add consistency and effort and you’ll be well on your way.


Having a coach to guide you can certainly help in this area but we can’t force feed you. Nor can we force you to put down the alcohol and excess of foods that you know you shouldn’t be consuming.


Does this mean we can never enjoy a glass of wine or pizza ? No it does not.

It simply means you should not be consuming those in excess. Moderation is key here.


If you find yourself at that point where “I just can’t seem to lose bodyfat” but also know your lifestyle isn’t jiving with your goals then it’s time yo reevaluate your why’s—-both goal oriented and the why of lack of adherence. Perhaps your goals really aren’t all that important—this makes all the world of difference.


Do take time to evaluate your priorities and health before committing to a plan of action. It will be much less stressful to you as an individual trying to force yourself into something you simply aren’t mentally ready for. Be ready for change. Be teachable and most importantly be honest with yourself !
