Let’s talk about learning to love ourselves. For some, this comes naturally and for others this is a long hard road of leaning just how to do that.
All too often we find within ourselves that little voice called criticism. We can choose to allow this to control us or we can choose to take power over that voice and take control of it.
Is it an immediate mental transformation ? No. Not by a long shot. We need to learn coping mechanisms and have a solid confident to help us along the way. Someone to bring us back to earth when that voice seems too loud.
Learning confidence often grows as we do among our journeys of learning what our bodies are capable of. As we learn to slowly take back that control the leave that follows is an amazing feeling!!
Don’t allow the voice of criticism tell you you cannot do or achieve what you have set out to do. Follow your dreams. Set goals and plan a course of action.
