Eat with a purpose. Just because it’s the weekend doesn’t mean we throw caution to the wind and eat all the things.


Have control

Have self respect


When we eat way beyond our plans or paths we set out and gain 5 or 6 pounds by Monday that means the whole following week is spent playing catch up until the next weekend …repeated again means lost progress and unfortunately even weight gain depending on the intake


If you’re in a fat loss phase this obviously is doing you no favors
