Fitness and nutrition coaching is a profession; which means those who are offering coaching services should be professional in how they interact and guide their clients and athletes.
I am in this industry because I have a passion for health and wellness and to truly HELP you reach your goals in a safe and sustainable way instead of just taking your money, throwing you a cookie cutter plan, charging you through the roof for it, and then barely responding to any of your questions.
This is something I personally pride myself on: my small base of athletes. I am able to take care of each of their needs in a timely fashion as well as tailor everything to their individual goals as discussed before we even begin. I strive to be the very best coach I can be and to bring out the very best in my athletes potential.
