Goals

One of the very first things I do with my clients when we meet over a Zoom meeting is establish goals.


I ask them, “What do you envision for yourself as the end game?” We then break those goals down into smaller, attainable goals. We work day by day towards their overall vision for themselves.


Quite often those goals change during our journey together and that is OK!!! My goals for myself change year in and year out. That’s what makes it fun!! It’s what keeps us interested and really keeps the spark of fitness going!


Never stop working.


Consistency and sustainability, which I talk about endlessly, are the two driving factors for achieving your dreams, whatever they may be!!!
