I want to talk about something for a sec here.
I see many people throw out the quote of “motivation never lasts it all comes down to discipline.“
While yes this is true—very true and I agree fully —-it is not this way in the beginning for many. Many people when they reach out are doing so because they need help finding that discipline and how to build it and incorporate that drive into their own lives. I completely understand and can even empathize with this sentiment as there was a time in my own life after having children I felt very lost and the discipline just wasn’t there.
I was seeking out motivation which started the ball rolling which turned into discipline.
With me you’ll find yourself an empathetic coach who will teach you the value of discipline but it’s baby steps. Always remember “it’s a marathon, not a sprint”.
You cannot expect to learn an entire world of knowledge in one day. Give yourself a little time and credit and most importantly prioritize you! Believe you can achieve those goals and when you falter I’ll be in your corner to catch you and get you on your path again. It’s what a coach does. They believe in their clients and strive for their happiness and peace.
