WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

Sustainable nutrition is the key to making progress in any kind of athletic endeavor. Long term weight loss, strength/mass gains, muscle building, and maintenance all rely on the fuel that you provide to your body.

We don't demonize food groups or specific foods, there are no inherently good or bad foods. Food is food. Some foods offer a better profile of micronutrients (vitamins, minerals) to the body than others and these can contribute to improved overall health and performance. We strive to each more of these, but they do not need to be exclusive.

Macronutrients are Protein, Carbohydrates and Fat. These are the the building blocks of the food we eat. I will provide you with a daily macro intake that is tailored to your goals and will be adjusted based on your progress and adherence.

I will teach you how to accurately measure and track your food intake which is the key to providing your body the fuel it needs to achieve and sustain your goals.

Nutrition is INCLUDED with all training packages but can also be purchased separately.

- Tier 1: two fully planned, rotating days per month (+$0)
- Tier 2: four fully planned days per month (+$25 / month)
- Tier 3:: eight fully planned days per month (+$50 / month)
Note: Alterations for T3 may be applied once per week
