Cost - $150/month USD

        - $175/month USD with detailed meal planning included (Tier 1 Meal Plan, details below)

- Meal Plan tiers

- Tier 1: two fully planned, rotating days per month (+$0)

- Tier 2: four fully planned days per month (+$25 / month)

- Tier 3:: eight fully planned days per month (+$50 / month)

Note: Alterations for T3 may be applied once per week
