GET TO KNOW YOUR COACH

  • Allow me to introduce myself... I am a mom of five wonderful children with hectic school and home schedules. Rest assured, I understand the time constraints of busy family and work life.

  • I started physique bodybuilding in my late teens, progressed to powerlifting and now practice a hybrid powerlifting/bodybuilding style of training regimen.

  • I am a proponent of macro style eating. This is a sustainable, proven method of creating healthy eating habits for your goals.

  • I have coached summer camps and offseason camps for youth athletes for several years.

  • Regimented strength training is proven to increase athletic performance.

  • Please contact me through the form below to inquire about our packages and to set up an initial meet and greet over Zoom. Please add info@fitbytrish.app to your contacts so the emails do not get diverted to your junk folder.

LET'S NAVIGATE THIS TOGETHER

  • I know it’s not easy to take those first photos if you just started on your journey and are worried about the “starting point”.

  • We all have our starting points. The reason it’s important to document this is because it serves as a great reminder 10-15 years down the road as to your “why." It also serves its purpose during the process when you’re feeling defeated —- which we all go through from time to time. Health is everything, and it’s easy to start slipping backwards. Eyes always on the prize (your top goal).

  • I started in bodybuilding when I was in my teens. I was in great shape until after I had my first child. I unfortunately suffered from PPD and consequently gained 100+ pounds. That itself led to anti-anxiety meds and depression.

  • After each pregnancy I crawled just a little more out of the hole I was in until I finally looked at myself in the mirror one day and said, "Enough is enough." Soon after, I dedicated myself to my program and nutrition, entered the world of competitive powerlifting and have never looked back.
